Mother Earline Sneed

Earline was born on June 19, 1932, in Biscoe Arkansas
to Raymond and Velma Anderson. She was the sibling
to eight brothers and sisters who all proceeded her in
death.
Earline married Clayton Sneed Sr. in 1950 and
eventually moved to Chicago Il. To this union, six
children were born. She worked varies jobs throughout
her lifetime, such as a nursing assistant, security
guard, and lunchroom cook.
Earline joined Mt. Calvary Church of God in Christ,
3310 West Roosevelt Road Chicago IL under the
leadership of Jerome N. Scott Senior in the 1950’s.
Earline learned how to live holy and saved under this
ministry. She was an extraordinary example of love to
those she encountered in this world. She is the
matriarch of the Sneed family. She covered them all
with prayer and guidance.
Earline continued to be a faithful member of Mt.
Calvary WOCM under J.N Scott Jr. and L.H Johnson III.
She served on the mother’s board for numerous years
until her death.
Earline lived to be 92 years old and still declared
God’s Goodness. One of her last statements
Despite what’s going on. I’m good. He got me.
