Ms. Laura Ferguson

Laura Ann Ferguson was born on August 11, 1962 to Tommie and Ruth Ferguson in Chicago, IL. She received her education at Jones Commercial and later at Walther Lutheran  Highschool.

Laura accepted Christ as her savior at an early age. She had a beautiful heart, and spirit, she was always the life of the party, she would make you laugh, she always embraced her children no matter what. She loved everyone, her neighbors, her friends, her family, even strangers.

Laura was preceded in death by her dad Tommie Ferguson, her life partner Alvin Rieser, brothers ,Oscar Ferguson, Tommie Jr Ferguson and Eric Lanier, Sisters, Alice Lanier, Agnes Lanier, Betty Ferguson and Carol Ferguson, and a dear Nephew Terrence Love.

Laura leaves to cherish her beautiful memories to her mother Ruth Ferguson, her four children,and in her words "my first born" daughter, Ebony Ferguson, son, Chaney Ferguson, daughter,Scarlet Ferguson, and her baby boy Kato Ferguson, seven grandchildren, Justin Pulliam, Lamya Pulliam, Evangeline Ferguson, Elijah Ferguson, Nola Ferguson, Zoey Ferguson, and Jace Ferguson, One great granddaughter, Brooklyn Powell.Nine brothers and sisters, Ruth Lanier, Clarence Lanier,Jimmy Ferguson, Emma Ferguson, Helen Ferguson, Elaine Ferguson, Otis Ferguson, Sandra Ferguson, and Diane Ferguson. A best friend since high school, Cynthia Engram, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
