Ms. Vanessa Steele

Vanessa Steele was born Sunday , January 31, 1965 to Lille Mae Steele and James ( Geraldine ) Tabor in Chicago IllInois. Vanessa affectionately known as "Nette" to those who knew her , attended John Calhoun & John Marshall High School. A lover of the arts , she was a singer , and a dancer. She was the family hairdresser , poet , mother , sister , counselor , friend and everyone's favorite. A true giver who would help anyone in need. her love for family and friends went without saying. Vanessa departed this life on sunday , March 22, 2020. she is preceded in death by her brothers. Derrick Steele and james (rain).  She leaves to mourn her passing, her 7 children , 9 brothers and sisters and 18 grandchildren.
